How long does delivery take?

Delivery can take up to 3 weeks, depending on the product you choose. If this is delayed we will notify you.

How much is delivery?

Delivery starts from £10.00 for UK customers. Unfortunately, international delivery is not currently possible.

Where do you deliver to?

Orders can be delivered across the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes! I use recyclable packaging where possible, this includes recyclable bubblewrap and recycled card.

Can I collect my order?

Yes! You can collect your order from my shop in Holt. You have 30 days to collect your order from date of ordering.

How long do I have to return a product?

You have 30 days from purchase to return your product for a credit note or exchange. You can do this either by returning in store with proof of purchase, or by emailing me on leandajaine@gmail.com with the subject line 'returns + your order number'. We do not offer refunds on delivery costs.

Do you offer returns on bespoke products?

No, unfortunately we do not offer any refunds on bespoke products.

How do I place an order?

How do I place a bespoke order?

Visit me in-store or email me using the contact form with any details regarding your requirements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Apple Pay. We also accept PayPal.

Do you accept AMEX?

Yes, we do accept AMEX.

How will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund as a credit note for the store or as an exchange. Please contact leandajaine@gmail.com to facilitate this.

Do you offer bespoke lampshades?

Yes, I offer bespoke lampshades. Please contact me directly with your requirements and I can help you design your dream product.

What sizes do you offer?

Lampshades range from 20cm - 40cm online. In-store lampshades are up to 70cm. If you would like a bigger size, please contact me directly.

What materials do you use?

All lampshades are printed using water based inks on linen or linen/cotton blend fabrics. Some designs have organic and eco-friendly credentials.

How do I clean my lampshade?

Simply dust your lampshade to clean. Do not use any chemicals or products. Spot clean with water if necessary.

What shape lampshades do you offer?

I currently only offer drum-shaped lampshades online. These can be bought as single and triple-tiered lampshades. I offer a greater variety of products and shapes in-store.

Do you offer commissions?

No, I don't currently offer any commissions.

What size prints do you offer?

I offer prints from A5 to A2.

What materials do you use?

All prints are created on Somerset Velvet paper using water based inks.

Will my print be framed?

No, I only offer unframed prints online. However, in-store I have a selection of framed and unframed prints.
