We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the date of purchase to return your item for exchange or credit voucher.

If you change your mind about an item please return it in perfect condition, with your receipt, within the time frame as outlined above. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in its original condition. We will be pleased to exchange the product or provide a credit voucher which can be used for a future purchase. We are unable to issue a refund, except for faulty items.

BESPOKE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE

ONLINE PURCHASES
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return of an item bought online, you must contact us first at leandajaine@gmail.com with the subject line 'returns + your order number'. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions with how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

LOSS & DAMAGES
Please note that we are not liable for any costs associated with your return, or for the loss or damage of the item/s on its return. Due to this, we suggest returning item/s via a tracked and signed for service and obtaining proof of postage, as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.

We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition with proof of purchase; we reserve the right to reject items returned in an unsaleable condition, this includes any items with marks, stains or damages and items returned in unsuitable packaging.

FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty or damaged, notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product by emailing leandajaine@gmail.com with the subject line 'returns + your order number' and any images you have of the damage. We will look to remediate the issue as soon as possible.

Please note that majority of our products are handmade and as such there may be slight variations between products.

SHIPPING
We intend to dispatch all orders within 3 weeks from receipt of order. If the dispatch of your item is delayed, we will contact you to give you an update.
